RC-FBSIC brings engineering, computing, education, policy and the social sciences into the same sessions, because a sustainable future depends on all of them at once.

Future Building & Sustainability
“Future Building” means building the future. The conference covers research that helps societies develop sustainably: the technical work (AI, smart infrastructure, green engineering, energy) and the human side: how people learn, how communities live together and recover from conflict, and how technology and development are governed.
Papers should address a real problem and show evidence. Theoretical work is welcome when it is clear how it applies.
Objectives
- Give researchers a peer-reviewed venue to present original work in seven connected tracks.
- Put engineers, data scientists, policy researchers and social scientists in the same conversation.
- Help early-career researchers publish: clear guidelines, reviewer feedback, and an ISBN volume with DOIs.
- Point strong papers toward journal publication after the conference.
Review
How papers are reviewed.
Submission
Authors submit on Microsoft CMT.
Screening
An editor checks scope, format and similarity.
Double-blind review
At least two independent reviewers per paper.
Decision
Accept, accept with minor revisions, revise and resubmit, or reject.
Publication
Camera-ready papers go into the ISBN chapter book.

- Originality, methodology, relevance to the tracks, clarity, and likely impact.
- Ethics
- COPE guidelines. Every submission is screened for similarity. Use of AI writing tools must be disclosed.
- Anonymity
- Authors and reviewers do not see each other's names.

Research Corridor is an academic publisher and conference organiser, founded in Pakistan and incorporated in Canada. Research Corridor Pvt Ltd (Pakistan) and Research Corridor Inc. (Canada) operate as one organisation. It publishes a family of peer-reviewed open-access journals at researchcorridor.org.
RC-FBSIC is its conference series on sustainable futures. The first edition ran in May 2026.
