General Requirements

  • Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
  • All papers must align with the conference tracks listed above.
  • Authors are responsible for ensuring ethical research practices.
  • All submissions must be written in English.

Manuscript Preparation

  • Abstract: 250โ€“300 words (structured)
  • Full Paper: 3,000โ€“5,000 words
  • Style: APA 7th Edition
  • Font: Times New Roman, 12pt
  • Spacing: Double-spaced
  • Format: PDF or DOCX

Abstract must include: Background, Objective, Methodology, Key Findings, and Contribution.

Peer Review Process

All submissions are handled via Microsoft CMT and undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process.

Review Criteria

  • Assignment to minimum two independent reviewers
  • Originality and novelty of contribution
  • Technical quality and methodological rigor
  • Relevance to conference scope and tracks
  • Clarity, structure, and academic writing quality

Authors may be required to revise manuscripts based on reviewer feedback before final acceptance.

At least one author must register and present the paper at the conference. Papers not presented will be removed from the proceedings and will not be considered for any publication pathway.

RC-FBSIC 2026 is a fully online international conference. All sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom / Microsoft Teams, allowing researchers worldwide to participate without travel.
English is the official language for all submissions, presentations, and conference proceedings at RC-FBSIC 2026.
The paper will be excluded from the proceedings and will not be considered for any publication pathway. At least one registered author must present.
