1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or attending RC-FBSIC 2026, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Registration

All registrations are subject to availability. Accepted work must be presented by at least one registered author to remain eligible for the final proceedings or any applicable publication pathway.

3. Code of Conduct

Attendees are expected to behave professionally. Harassment or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the virtual event.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials presented at the conference are the intellectual property of their respective authors. Recording or distributing presentations without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Modifications

The organizers may update the schedule, speakers, or these terms when operationally required. Material updates will be communicated through official conference channels where practical.
