Steps

Five steps.

  1. Create a CMT account

Open RCFBSIC2027 on Microsoft CMT and register with your institutional email.

  2. Start a new submission

Choose “Create new submission” and pick your track.

  3. Enter the details

Title, all authors with affiliations, and keywords. Add co-authors by email.

  4. Add the abstract

Paste your 250–300 word abstract. A file is optional at this stage.

  5. Submit & confirm

CMT emails a confirmation. Keep the paper ID for any questions.

Before you start

Have ready

  • The title and a 250–300 word structured abstract.
  • Names, emails and affiliations of every author.
  • 3–6 keywords and the track number.

After acceptance

Upload the full paper to the same CMT submission by 8 January 2027. Remove author names and identifying details from the file for double-blind review.

Trouble submitting?

Email submissions@rcfbsic.ca with your title and the problem. Please don't send your abstract by email unless we ask: the review runs in CMT so it stays anonymous.
