Conference Proceedings
Accepted abstracts and full papers are planned for inclusion in the official RC-FBSIC 2026 Proceedings. All published work is assigned a unique identifier for citation integrity.
Edited Volume Pathway
Selected high-impact papers may be invited for expansion into a peer-reviewed edited volume or book chapter, offering deeper exploration of conference themes.
Journal Recommendation
Outstanding contributions will be recommended for fast-track review in partner journals. Authors receive guidance on aligning their work with journal-specific requirements.
Publication Workflow

1. Submission
Submit your abstract/paper via Microsoft CMT.
2. Peer Review
Double-blind review by minimum two experts.
3. Acceptance
Receive notification and reviewer feedback.
4. Camera-Ready
Submit final version and registration.
5. Publication
Included in official proceedings archive.
6. Indexing
Disseminated to global search platforms.
Publication & Indexing Policy

Open Access Policy
- All RC-FBSIC 2026 proceedings are published under Gold Open Access.
- Articles are made freely available immediately upon publication.
- Licensing is typically under CC BY 4.0, allowing for maximum dissemination and reuse while ensuring proper credit.
Digital Identifiers & ISBN
- The official proceedings will be assigned a unique ISBN.
- We aim to assign Digital Object Identifiers (DOI) to all published full papers to ensure long-term discoverability.
- Metadata will be submitted to global academic databases and libraries.
Indexing & Archiving
- Proceedings will be indexed in the Research Corridor Digital Library.
- Submissions for indexing in Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar are planned based on eligibility.
- Long-term preservation is ensured through digital archiving partners.
Peer Review Integrity
- All publications undergo a Double-Blind Peer Review process.
- Minimum of two independent experts review each submission.
- Strict adherence to COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines.
Important Note on Plagiarism
Research Corridor applies plagiarism and similarity screening as part of editorial checks. Submissions with unresolved overlap, duplicate publication, or ethical concerns may be rejected or withdrawn from publication consideration.
