Refund Policy

1. General Policy

We strive to provide a high-quality academic experience. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your registration.

2. Cancellation by Attendee

• Cancellations received on or before 20 April 2026 will be eligible for a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 20 April 2026.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@rcfbsic.ca.

3. Event Cancellation or Modification

In the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled by the organizers, attendees will receive a full refund of their registration fees. The organizers are not responsible for any other costs incurred by attendees.

4. Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conclusion of the conference.
