Cancellation by a participant
Cancellations received by 21 January 2027 receive a 50% refund. No refunds are given after that date. Send requests in writing to support@rcfbsic.ca.
Cancellation by the organisers
If the conference is cancelled, registration fees are refunded in full. The organisers are not responsible for other costs.
Processing
Approved refunds are paid within 30 days after the conference.
